Fastest deletion path

Sign in to CharitySync, open Privacy & data, and choose “Delete my account.” After password confirmation, the login is disabled immediately and the deletion request enters retention review. Financial or audit records may be retained when legally required.

Request help without signing in

Submit the email used for CharitySync. The request does not delete data by itself; ownership must be verified before export, correction, or deletion.
